How the Texts Come From Tom

Step 1 — Tom Gets a Dedicated Number
Tom gets a real local phone number (same Ohio area code) through Twilio. Members save it in their contacts as "Tom — Black Flag." It looks and feels exactly like a personal text.
Step 2 — AI Sends in Tom's Voice
When a trigger fires — a no-show, a milestone, an inactive member — the system sends a personalized text from that number automatically. Tom doesn't touch it. The member has no idea it wasn't manually typed.
Step 3 — Replies Go Straight to Tom
If a member texts back, the reply forwards directly to Tom's real phone. He can respond naturally from his own number, or let the system handle it. Two-way conversation, zero friction.
Step 4 — Everything Gets Logged
